The purpose of the Friends of Westminster Recreation and Parks Fund is to serve as a charitable entity and advocate for the City of Westminster Recreation and Parks Department. The funds primary function is for the endowment of equipment purchases, recreational programs and events, as well as camp and program scholarships for children, by receiving, administering, and disbursing funds as well as making expenditures to or for the benefit of the City of Westminster Recreation and Parks Department
