The purpose of the Fund, YouthNet, shall be to provide physical, recreational, social, emotional, and spiritual support for youth in and around Carroll County, Maryland through a variety of programs. These include Choices, Teen Choices, and any other programs developed for the Fund's purpose and its activities. YouthNet will also reach out to orphaned children worldwide, through Called to Care, to assist them with basic needs and with search for "forever" families.
