The purpose of this Fund shall be to support the efforts of the Donor to establish a fund that will offer services to schools, alcohol and drug rehabilitation programs and the community at large, by providing a vehicle for the discussion of social issues facing teens and adults, through the use of improvisational scenes and a following question and answer session with characters from the scenes.
