| The Animal Wellness Fund provides spay/neuter services and limited wellness inoculations at low or no cost to qualified pet owners. We also provide pet food to low income pet owners at low or no cost. In addition we partner with local shelter/ rescue groups and the Carroll County Humane Society to aid in ensuring the health of local pets and to provide peace of mind for their owners. | ||
