Six prominent people, businesses, and organizations will be recognized as the Carroll County Philanthropists of the Year during an event in their honor at Martin's Westminster at 505 Jermor Lane, Westminster, Maryland, on October 19, 2016 at 7:30 AM (registration opens at 7:00 AM).
