Rita's Closet Carroll County Career and Technology

The purpose of this fund is to honor the life of Rita Marie Medeiros by providing scholarship(s) for a Carroll County Career and Technology graduate in Winter and Spring semesters. These students will have shown academic achievement and shown the compassionate spirit epitomized by Rita Marie Medeiros during her lifetime and who has met the criteria established for this scholarship.
